Solar Atap 2025 Promotion Terms & Conditions

This Solar ATAP 2025 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by ERS Energy Sdn Bhd 200901027252 (870354­K) (“ERS Energy“).

 

Promotion Period

  1. This Promotion is valid from 6 November 2025 to 9 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”), both dates inclusive.
  2. ERS Energy reserves the right to shorten, extend, amend, suspend or cancel this Promotion without prior notice.

 

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is open exclusively to residential customers located within West Malaysia only. Commercial, industrial, governmental, or institutional entities are not eligible to participate.
  2. ERS Energy reserves the right to verify ownership and may reject application if customer is not a residential owner.

 

Promotion Details

  1. This Promotion offers special prices on packages purchased within the Promotion Period, subject to availability at the time of sales order confirmation. 
  2. The Promotion details are as follows:

 

Conditions Customers must (a) complete the Solar ATAP 2025 Promotion Sign Up Form (“Sign Up Form”); and (b) pay the Deposit and Processing Fee.
Promotion Packages
  • Promotion Packages are as follows:
(a) Designated Solar Photovoltaic (PV) system; and
(b) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
  • The contents or specifications may change due to supply constraints, with equivalent value replacements.
  • Promotion includes standard installation on landed residential premises within West Malaysia unless otherwise stated in the sales order.
Pricing All pricing under the Promotion Packages is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Deposit A deposit of RM100 (“Deposit”) is payable upon signing of the Sign Up Form, which serves as a lock-in fee to secure the Promotion during the Promotion Period.
Processing Fee A processing fee of RM100 (“Processing Fee”) is payable upon signing of the Sign Up Form, which covers the administrative costs incurred in handling the application and related documentation.
Refund Policy
  1. Deposit
  • Deposit shall be refundable only if a written refund request is submitted on or before 21 November 2025. Any request made after will not be entertained and shall result in forfeiture of the Deposit.
  • Deposit shall become non-refundable upon commencement of any works by ERS Energy in relation to the Promotion Packages and/or upon submission of the application to the relevant authority.
  1. Processing Fee
  • Processing Fee paid to ERS Energy is non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Management on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Terms This Promotion shall be subject to ERS Energy’s Standard Terms and Conditions for residential customers, which shall apply upon sales order confirmation.

 

Financing

  1. Where applicable, customers may elect for financing or instalment plans offered by third-party banks or credit card providers. All financing applications shall be subject to the respective bank or provider’s approval and terms. ERS Energy shall not be responsible for, nor shall it have any control or influence over, the approval outcome, terms or administration of such financing arrangements.

 

Limitation of Liability

  1. ERS Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, including but not limited to any delays, cancellation, or product unavailability resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Amendments and Termination

  1. ERS Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Any such amendments or changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on ERS Energy’s official website or upon direct communication to customers, where applicable.

 

Privacy Notice

  1. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed that your personal data shall be collected, used and processed in accordance with ERS Energy’s Privacy Notice available at https://ers.my/privacy-policy/.

 

Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
